About Sazan
Since 1997
Since opening on January 2, 1997, we have been serving authentic Japanese cuisine,
just like what you’d find in Japan, under the management of owners, Sato and Murayama.
The name Sazan originates from our owners’ names broken into Chinese characters: “Sa” from Sato, and “Zan” from a portion of Murayama, “yama”, also pronounced as “Zan”
We are proud to serve “Omakase”, a Japanese course meal,
featuring top quality fish and vegetables in season.
Aside from “Omakase”, you will enjoy a wide array of excellent appetizers,
as well as the broadest range of fish in Westchester.
Prepared by a seasoned Sushi Chef, our dishes could easily beat ones
at many of Sushi restaurants in Manhattan.
